Maybe some of your ideas could help us. We are still working on sponsors and PWCs but might have some answers shortly. The only problem I can see with those fishing boats is their speed. You know i thought that this trip had been done a million times to find out it has never been done before is quite exciting. Our reasons for doing the trip is different than yours as well. your boat problem! just an idea! the Victorian Government has been buying back commercial fishing licenses thus leaving a lot of now "rich" X fishermen hanging around with a seaworthy boat no nets and nothing to do.
